The Center for Florida Local Government Excellence, or CFLGE, is a partnership between the Florida City and County Management Assocation, the Reubin O'D. Askew School of Public Administration at Florida State University and the John Scott Dailey Florida Institute of Government.
This partnership is dedicated to building and maintaining the premier model for educating and assisting current and future local government administrators.
Currently, CFLGE offers training on behalf of the FCCMA, through both interactive online training sessions, and in-person district-wide sessions. For more information, visit the FCCMA's website or see information regarding online training sessions below.
FCCMA Coaching Program
In partnership with the FCCMA Professional Development/Training Committee, CFLGE facilitates training sessions for the Coaching Program.
The FCCMA Coaching program is provided at no cost to attendees. This opportunity is made possible due to the financial partnership of Florida City and County Management Association, Florida League of Cities, and Florida Association of Counties, and the in-house support of the Florida Institute of Government.
The Coaching Program is conducted through Adobe Connect software, and utilizes webinar functions in concert with an audio conference component.
